Do I have to choose between Property Management and Brokerage?
No. Every student learns both. Property Management is the ongoing relationship - rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations. Brokerage is deal-based - finding clients and closing transactions. See the full curriculum for how they fit together.
Do I need to already own property or work in real estate?
No. We're not looking for existing property owners or industry veterans - we're looking for people with drive and communication skills. This is assessed as part of your application.
Is training online, in-person, or hybrid?
Hybrid, with classroom training on weekends - so it fits around a job or studies without requiring you to quit anything to start.
Who's actually teaching this?
Practitioners currently active in Nigerian real estate, not full-time lecturers reading from a syllabus. See the full list of lecturers & mentors.
Is the ₦10m+ income figure guaranteed?
No. It's an aspirational target, not a guaranteed outcome. Results depend on individual effort, client acquisition, and market conditions.
Is starting to earn by Day 60 guaranteed?
No individual outcome can be guaranteed - but it's a realistic milestone for students who complete the programme and engage with the apprenticeship placement, which gives you access to real client units from early on.
What if I want a job, not my own business?
That's a real path here too. The skills, credential and network apply just as directly to employment at an established property company as they do to starting your own practice.
Do I have to pay to attend the information session?
No. It's free, with no obligation. Application and payment only come after - once you've had every question answered.
